Session 8 Program Begins April 22, 2017!

GOAL

A fun, challenging fitness and lifestyle initiative designed to promote measurable and long-lasting health and fitness outcomes in program participants. The objective is to introduce lifestyle changes that are sustainable.

BASICS

• 10 week fitness competition with one male and one female winner

• Pre and post fitness assessments to measure progress against personal goals

• Access to F.I.T. Lab certified personal trainers and facility, nutritionist and life coach

• Minimal financial investment

• Generous schedule of workout session options to choose from to fit your schedule

• Commitment to work out five days per week, at least one of those being a session led by a trainer at the F.I.T. Lab – – points awarded for each session attended (Max of 3 per week)

• Commitment to consult with the nutritionist and life coach throughout the program as needed – – points awarded for each connection made with either professional (Max of 2 per week)
